Joe Wicks 25/1 for BBC Sports Personality of the Year

Fitness coach Joe Wicks is the fifth-most likelyname to win this year’s BBC Sports Personality of the Year, according to ourlatest odds.

The nation’s PE teacher has seen his SPOTY odds tumble over the past few days and he’s now just a 25/1 shot for the annual BBC gong.

That means he’s more likely than Andy Murray (33/1), Ben Stokes (50/1) and Harry Kane (50/1) in the betting, while Tyson Fury remains odds-on favourite at 4/6.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “Joe Wicks iskeeping the nation fit during lockdown and he could be rewarded with thisyear’s SPOTY if the latest odds are anything to go by.”
