Shane Richie clear favourite to win I’m A Celeb 2020

Shane Richie could soon be adding the title of ‘King of the Castle’ to his 2003 Sexiest Male in a TV soap award, according to our traders.

That’s because the EastEnders actor has emerged as the clear frontrunner to win this year’s I’m A Celeb following last night’s opening episode.

The 56-year-old is now considered our 5/2 favourite to win the show, ahead of Jordan North at 4/1 and Mo Farah and Vernon Kay, who are 5/1 apiece.

Jessica O’Reilly of Ladbrokes said: “Shane was easily the star of the show during the series opener, and that’s reflected in his odds as the red-hot favourite to be crowned king of the castle.”
