ICYMI: Rangers go second after storming past Kilmarnock

Rangers captain Lee Wallace led the way as Mark Warburton’s side stormed into second place in the Ladbrokes Premiership with a 3-0 win over Kilmarnock. 

Wallace latched onto a defence-splitting ball from Josh Windass to open the scoring on 16 minutes with Andy Halliday doubling the hosts’ lead from the penalty-spot after half an hour.

Windass turned provider again when setting-up Joe Garner after the break and that’s where the scoring ended at Ibrox.

The Gers trail rivals Celtic by nine points while Killie slip down into eighth position.
