Keir Starmer now 1/100 favourite to become Labour leader

KEIR STARMER is now a staggering 100/1 on to benamed as the new leader of the Labour party, according to our latest odds.

As the final three candidates enter the last day of the leadership race, it’s long-term favourite Starmer who is just 1/100 to be given the green light on Saturday.

Rebecca Long-Bailey is chalked up at 25/1, withLisa Nandy now the rank outsider at 100/1.

And we also make it 1/8 that the finishing orderfollows that of the betting.

Jessica O’Reilly of Ladbrokes said: “Starmeris home and hosed in the Labour leadership race as far as the odds areconcerned.”

It looks like Jeremy Corbyn’s days are numbered,but is Starmer the right man for the job?
