Nobel Peace Prize: Coronavirus medics favourites to win 2020 award
Coronavirus medics all over the world have been installed as the favourites to win the 2020 Nobel Peace Prize, according to our traders.
The medics, who are on the frontline battling the global pandemic, are now as short as 6/4 to collect the award this year following their continuous selfless work around the globe.
Others in the running for the gong include Greta Thunberg at 3/1 and David Attenborough at 12/1, both of whom hold chances based on their environmental work.
Jessica O’Reilly of Ladbrokes said: “It goes without saying the only battle medics wish to win this year is against Coronavirus, but it also looks like their efforts will be rewarded by collectively winning the Nobel Peace Prize.”
The 2020 Nobel Peace Prize will be awarded on 10th December in Oslo, Norway.
