Monopoly odds-on for record-breaking year of sales

| 31.03.2020

Legendary board game Monopoly could break records this year, according to our traders.

With more and more people forced to stay home and turn to other forms of entertainment, we now make it a 1/2 shot that 2020 goes down as a record-breaking year of sales for the famous game.

While other popular games such as Cluedo and Scrabble also look set to enjoy a resurgence in the current climate, it’s Monopoly which looks set to Pass Go in the sales stakes.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “London may be on lockdown, but Brits could find another way of visiting the likes of Park Lane and Old Kent Road in what could be a record-breaking year for Monopoly sales.”

Ladbrokes Latest Betting:

2020 to be record-breaking year for Monopoly sales – 1/2
