Glastonbury has hosted some of the biggest names in music down the years. The Rolling Stones, U2 and David Bowie have all graced the stage at Worthy Farm since 1970.
But now the Pyramid Stage could be set to welcome Madonna for the very first time.
Reports out of American suggest that the Queen of Pop is getting into the groove for the Glasto mud in 2019.
Our traders have responded to the rumours and make her a 2/1 shot to headline the main stage at the Festival next year.
The 59-year-old isn’t renowned for her festival appearances but did headline at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend from Maidstone in 2008.
She also appeared at Sanremo Music Festival in 1995 and 1998 and twice at Coachella since 2006.
Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: “Madge could definitely get into the groove at Glasto, and the current odds suggest festival-goers could see the legend of pop music top the bill.”
