There’s plenty more sport on the way this Wednesday, includingRacing, Darts and Esports.

Horse Racing

The racing continues Stateside with a trio of cards on theway for Wednesday evening, this time from Fonner Park, Tampa Bay Downs and WillRogers Downs.

Tampa Bay gets us underway in the US from 17:30, with Will Rogers Downs starting at 19:15, and Fonner Park up and running from 22:00.

Before all that, early birds can catch a host of Australianmeetings in the early hours, with cards from Randwick, Geelong, Darwen, Ascotand the Sunshine Coast.

Wednesday’s action also features racing in Asia, including Kasamatsu, Kawasaki and a solid card from Happy Valley in Hong Kong, plus meetings in Sweden including Solvalla and Jagersro.

Darts

The Modus Icons of Darts continues with another afternoonsession, featuring the likes of seasoned pro Andy Jenkins and the in-form JasonAskew, who won Monday’s Group.  

That’s followed with ‘A Night at the Darts’ in the evening,with some fine clashes to look forward to.

The highlight of the night is a repeat of the 2015 BDO World Championship Final, where Scotty ‘Dog’ Mitchell narrowly edged out Martin ‘Wolfie’ Adams 7-6 in sets, an all-time classic.  It’s only the best of nine legs this time but it should make for a great encounter. 

And we’ve got the Czech Premier League in the evening too, where Adam Gawlas puts his 100% record this season on the line against Vitezslav Sedlak. 

Football

We’ve got more from the Nicaraguan Premier Division where CD Walter Ferretti – one of the few teams named after an individual person – are 3/10 favourites to defeat 15/2 outsiders Las Sabanas CF. That one kicks off at 23:00.

Esports

There’s more from the world of Esports, including a heap ofLeague of Legends, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and DOTA contests.

League of Legends Pro League has three clashes on Wednesday. Edward Gaming are 2/5 favourites to beat Oh My God (7/4) in the opener at 08:00, with Royal Never Give Up 1/4 to beat Dominus Esports (11/4) at 11:00. The final game of the day sees 2/7 favourites Invictus Gaming take on Team WE at 13:00.

Over in the Counter-Strike world, forZe are 4/7 favourites to beat Sprout (5/4) at 10:50 in the Home Sweet Home Cup, with further clashes in the ESL Meisterschaft and Loot/CS divisions.

We’ve got some eSupercars too, with a double header from Silverstone and Barcelona at 10:00. Scott McLaughlin is among the favourites, after picking up a podium in the eIndycar race last weekend.

What else is on?

Golf fans can enjoy the final round of the Arrowhead Classic, with the leaders due out at around 17:00 on Wednesday evening. Former world number 33 Alex Cejka is among the leaders.

The Cactus Tour at Union Hill draws to a close too, with Sarah Burnham aiming for a third win in four starts. reek, while the Armenian Snooker Championship continues with matches starting at 07:00 in the UK.

Table Tennis’ Setka Cup Men’s Singles and the Armenian Snooker Championship continue on Wednesday too.
