Thyme Hill the 13/8 favourite in Ascot’s Long Walk Hurdle

Published:

Thyme Hill is the 13/8 front-runner to win the Long Walk Hurdle at Ascot on Saturday, ahead of rival Paisley Park.

The six-year-old trained by Philip Hobbs leads the field ahead of former winner Paisley Park who the gelding beat out in Newbury’s Long Distance Hurdle.

Elsewhere, after finishing third in the Ladbrokes Trophy in November, The Conditional is 4/1 favourite to win the Silver Cup at 15.00 on Saturday. But 5/1 Espoir De Guye and 7/1 pair Itchy Feet and Regal Encore may have the final say.

The day’s last race sees Nicky Henderson-trained Buzz the 9/2 favourite for the 15.35 Exchange Trophy.
