He’s the one to look out for atÅby! The experienced driver is the man in form with four wins from his lastseven races and has three drives to look forward to with Foreign Rain(17:30), Indra’s Secret (19:00) and J.H.Respons (19:22).
He trained all four of his recentwinners himself and the locally based trainer has sent out over 4,000 careerwinners since taking out a training licence in 1993.
He drove 120 winners last year andhas got off to a flying start with his driving in 2020 with 23 wins from hisfirst 92 drives to show an impressive 25% strike rate.
Indra’sSecret is likely to provide Bergh with a decent chance of a winner inthe most valuable race on the card at 19:00. The six-year-old has won three ofher last six starts and justified favouritism when driven by Bergh at Bergsåkerearlier in the month on her most recent outing.
Björn Goop
Goop is Sweden’s most successfuldriver ever with over 7,000 career wins. He should provide firm competition toBergh with five drives to look forward to on Thursday.
Encore UnSisu, another 13-time winner, also likely to be a very popularselection and could offer a good contest in the 19:00. She has won her lastfour starts, including a win over a shorter trip here at the start of themonth.
Goop has other good chances ofadding to his impressive career wins tally on the card, notably withGerman-bred FromHeaven Idzarda in the 19:44. The unexposed four-year-oldmakes his Swedish debut here looking to build upon a win at Wolvega in theNetherlands on his second career start which he then followed up with a win inGermany at Gelsenkirchen last time.
