Stradivarius favourite for Prix Foy victory at ParisLongchamp

Triple Gold Cup winner Stradivarius is the heavy 8/11 favourite with our traders to win the Prix Foy at ParisLongchamp on Sunday.

He’s out in front ahead of 3/1 second favourite Anthony Van Dyck and the aptly named 4/1 shout Way To Paris.

Elsewhere, Epsom Derby champ Serpentine is now the 5/4 favourite to land the Grand Prix de Paris ahead of 3/1 Port Guillaume.

Ladbrokes spokesman Jon Lees said: “This year’s Arc Trials meeting at ParisLongchamp promises to be highly informative, particularly for champion stayer Stradivarius who is facing the acid test of his Arc credentials against a field also comprising last year’s Derby winner Anthony Van Dyck. Meanwhile in the Grand Prix de Paris this year’s Derby winner Serpentine has a chance to prove his Classic triumph was not a one-off.”

Finally, three-year-old filly Raabihah is the 5/4 favourite for the Prix Vermeille, with trainer Jean-Claude Rouget tipping her for Arc success in October.
