ROYAL ASCOT 2/1 TO GET THE GREEN LIGHT

Our traders have opened a market on whether Royal Ascot will take place this year as scheduled on June 16th 2020.
With the racecourse announcing that the royal meeting would take place behind closed doors if given clearance, we’ve gone 2/1 that it gets the green light.
But after the cancellation of the Grand National in April, it’s cast the whole racing calendar into doubt leading into the summer.
This is backed up by the odds leaning towards the event taking a rain check, as we go 4/11 that it doesn’t go ahead on June 16th.
After the success of the Virtual Grand National, could we see the simulator yet again decide some of the sport’s most prestigious races?
