Goshen 2/1 favourite for Cheltenham International Hurdle

Published:
Goshen

Goshen has been installed as the 2/1 favourite by our traders for the International Hurdle at Cheltenham on Saturday.

The International Hurdle (16:00) will see jockey Jamie Moore back in the saddle on board Goshen for the first time since the Cheltenham Festival in March, when the jockey had the Triumph Hurdle all but won before being unseated.

Trainer Gary Moore has tasted Cheltenham glory in the Champion Chase with Sire De Grugy and his horse looks set to be one of the contenders for the feature race at Prestbury Park this weekend.

Elsewhere, Master Tommytucker is 6/1 favourite for the Caspian Caviar Gold Cup having won his last two outings at Haydock and Huntingdon.

Secret Reprieve has been cut to 8/1 favourite for the Welsh National following further support and Harry Skelton has been cut to 25/1 from 66/1 for the Jump Jockeys’ Championship in the wake of Saturday’s Grade 1 double.
