Singapore is the next stop for the European Tour on its round the world race to Dubai, and Phil Mickelson is along for the ride as the American looks to fill his European Tour rota.

With just two tournaments left until the European Tour finale at the Jumeriah Golf Estates in Dubai, Martin Kaymer and Graeme McDowell will continue their battle to win the Race to Dubai in the Barclays Singapore Open at the Sentosa Golf Club.

Fresh from missing out on a second chance to become world number one, Kaymer has been installed as the 12/1 favourite to win the Barclays Singapore Open with Mickelson the second favourite at 14/1.

But McDowell sees this tournament as the ideal chance to close the gap on Kaymer in the Race to Dubai standings, and is 16/1 to win and take home the €713,165 winner’s cheque, which would potentially see him leapfrog Kaymer depending on where the German finished.

Last week’s WGC-HSBC Champions winner Francesco Molinari is a 14/1 shot to win in Singapore, but considering no Italian golfer has ever won back-to-back tournaments, it’s worth focusing more on Matteo Manassero – the wonderkid is 50/1 to win.

Fredrik Andersson-Hed has had two top ten finishes in his last three weeks in what’s turning out to be an incredible season for the Swede who has won over €1m in prize money.

His win at the Italian Open proves Andesson-Hed has the ability to go the distance, and the Swede is a big price at 66/1 to win the Barclays Singapore Open.

With heat being a major factor in Singapore this time of the year, it’s worth looking at someone who is comfortable with the conditions and Seung-Yul Noh is the leading Asian contender in the Singapore Open betting market at 33/1.

Padraig Harrington provided glimpses of his best form in Shanghai last week and is 20/1 to win. See the full Barclays Singapore Open betting odds here.
