Slaven Bilic is now favourite in the Premier League sack sace after West Brom’s winless run continued with a defeat to Tottenham Hotspur last weekend.
The Baggies have lost five of their opening eight Premier League matches and our traders now make Bilic 5/4 favourite in the betting to be the first boss given the boot this season.
He’s leapfrogged Manchester United’s Ole Gunnar Solskjaer (6/4) into favouritism, with Fulham gaffer Scott Parker (4/1) the only other name currently shorter than 10/1.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “The Baggies look destined for the drop unless things change and a new face in the dugout may well be on the cards if the latest odds are anything to go by.”
Bilic takes his side to Old Trafford after the international break before two home games against Sheffield United and Crystal Palace which could be crucial to the manager’s future at the Hawthorns.
