The Greal Deal? Man United and Arsenal lead race for Villa star Grealish

Manchester United and Arsenal look set to do battle for Jack Grealish’s signature when the transfer window reopens, according to our traders.

The two Premier League giants are reportedly keen on the Aston Villa star, who has contributed four goals and five assists in just seven matches so far this term.

United are the early frontrunners for his signature at 4/1, while there’s 5/1 about the 25-year-old making a shock move to the Emirates. And it looks like those two sides are the only ones in the race for Grealish, with every other club currently priced at 8/1 or bigger in the betting.

With the cultured playmaker looking to establish himself as a permanent fixture in Gareth Southgate’s England side, could a move away from Villa Park be the way to do it?

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “Villa will do well to keep hold of Grealish for another couple of transfer windows and if the latest odds are anything to go by, Arsenal and Man United could soon be going toe-to-toe for his signature.”
