Fernando Llorente could be about to link up with former coach Marcelo Bielsa at Leeds United, according to our traders.

The pair worked together at Athletic Bilbao and are now just 5/2 to meet up again in Yorkshire, with United reportedly in the market for another striker.

The Spaniard has struggled for game time at Tottenham Hotspur since his switch from Swansea City in 2017 and could welcome the chance for regular football.

A move to Elland Road and one of the Championship’s pacesetters would almost certainly guarantee that.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “Leeds look great value for a return to the Prem right now. Add Llorente to their ranks and it would be hard to see them not being promoted come next May.”
