Despite being stripped of the vice-captaincy, Manchester United star Paul Pogba looks set to start against West Ham United this weekend.
There’s been plenty of talk about Pogba’s relationship with United boss Jose Mourinho this week. Speculation only ramped up when TV cameras caught a training ground disagreement between the duo.
However, it looks like the midfielder will be in the starting line-up at the London Stadium on Saturday. He’s 4/6 to be included.
His long-term future is far from certain though, with Barcelona just 1/2 to sign him.
And Mourinho himself may not be around for much longer. He’s 1/4 to leave Old Trafford before Pogba.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “It may not be a decision Mourinho is happy making, but a poor run of form means he needs his best players to deliver ASAP, and that’s led to our traders making Pogba a safe odds-on shot for a starting spot against the Hammers.”
