Still recovering from last night? A packed Premier League schedule could be just what you need to kick off 2018.
Today’s fixtures could have a big impact on the relegation battle and the race for the top four.
And we’ve picked out our top tips for all of them…
Brighton v Bournemouth (12:30)
Bournemouth ended a run of nine games without a win against Everton on Saturday. But they’ll find it tough to get all three points away to Brighton & Hove Albion.
Brighton have only lost one of their last nine home league games. However, they’ve only won three of those games. A draw looks on the cards and 21/10 is a very good price.
Chris Hughton’s side have also fired a blank in five of their last six games. As Bournemouth look set to be without Jermain Defoe and Josh King, there’s value at 13/2 for a 0-0 at the Amex Stadium.
Burnley v Liverpool (15:00)
Burnley have had a superb season so far. But they could start to slip down the table after a run of four games without a win.
Sean Dyche rarely rotates his side and that could make it tough for the Clarets against Liverpool, with so little time between games.
Liverpool’s new £75m centre-back Virgil van Dijk won’t be available at Turf Moor. That means Liverpool to Win and Both Teams to Score could be smart call at 9/4.
Mohamed Salah scored both of the Reds’ goals against Leicester City on Saturday. He’s 7/2 to get the first goal in this one.
Leicester City v Huddersfield Town (15:00)
After a bright start under Claude Puel, Leicester have tailed off lately. They’re without a win in five in all competitions.
A 27/10 draw could be on the cards against Huddersfield. The Terriers have had a stalemate in each of their last three outings.
Jamie Vardy scored in the 1-1 draw between the two clubs earlier this season. The Leicester star has also struck against Manchester United and Liverpool in recent weeks. He’s 11/10 to score Anytime at the King Power Stadium.
Stoke City v Newcastle United (15:00)
Newcastle have only won one of their last seven league games but they’ve got a great chance to get a result against a struggling Stoke side.
Stoke were dismal in Saturday’s 5-0 defeat against Chelsea. They’re only two points above the drop zone and have the worst defensive record in the division (46 goals conceded).
With neither side in great form, backing Newcastle to Win and Under 2.5 Goals at 11/2 could be a good shout.
Both Sides to Score – No at 10/11 looks tempting too.
Everton v Manchester United (17:30)
Sam Allardyce’s Everton side will fancy their chances of landing a statement win over Manchester United in this one.
United haven’t won any of their last four games. They’ll also be without Romelu Lukaku and Zlatan Ibrahimovic at Goodison Park.
Wayne Rooney is 14/5 to score Anytime against his former side.
And Everton or Draw is 21/20 in the Double Chance market.
