Georgie Bingham’s backing a Double Result New Year five-fold

Published:

The year may soon be over, but there’s plenty to get excited about for 2017 – and we don’t even have to look too far into the future, either.

talkSPORT’s very own Georgie Bingham (@georgiebingham) is back again with a tempting five-fold…

Leicester City, Crystal Palace, Swansea, Middlesbrough and Sunderland NOT to win @ 3/1

She’s picked out five of the Premier League’s most underperforming teams, and she’s backing their dreadful runs to continue.

So let’s run you through the selections…

Leicester City v West Ham

The reigning Premier League champions have won just one of their last seven games in all competitions, while their opponents are slowly finding some form.

This one finished 2-2 last time the pair met. We wouldn’t be surprised to see the points shared again.

Arsenal v Crystal Palace

We’d be pretty surprised if Palace took all three points from the Emirates on New Year’s Day. They haven’t won away against the Gunners for 22 years. Solid selection, Georgie.

Swansea v Bournemouth

Things haven’t really gone according to plan in South Wales of late. Managerless, four points off safety and just two wins from their last 17 matches.

Suffice to say the Cherries will be heading to the Liberty Stadium confident of taking at least a point.

Manchester United v Middlesbrough

A lot has happened since Boro last won a league match at Old Trafford. In fact, United legend David Beckham has since gave birth to a child who’s had a Top 10 hit. Scary.

Will that change any time soon? The Red Devils’ recent form suggests not.

Burnley v Sunderland

The Black Cats would certainly consider this a winnable gam on face value.

But a closer look paints a different picture. In Burnley, Sunderland face a side that’ve won more home games than both Manchester City and United so far this season.

Sean Dyche’s men are a tough nut to crack, and this is another great pick from Georgie.

Help for Heroes is Georgie’s nominated charity for this particular wager. Give them a follow @HelpForHeroes and check out the great work they’re doing for our wounded, injured & sick Service personnel, veterans and their families.

Ladbrokes PR Manager Alex Donohue (@LadsAlex) will be joining Georgie on the show this New Year’s Eve AND New Year’s Day. So make sure you tune in to find out who’s hot, who’s not, and where the money’s going this weekend.
