Delph and Rose head Leeds’ most likely summer transfer reunions
Published:Premier League new boys Leeds United could be set for a busy time in the transfer window, so we’ve priced up some of the most likely players to make a sensational return to Elland Road this summer.
Marcelo Bielsa has plenty of options if he wants to get the band back together, with Danny Rose and Fabian Delph leading the way at even-money for a Whites reunion in the coming months.
Liverpool star James Milner is rated a 7/2 chance to rejoin the club he left all the way back in 2004, while Bournemouth midfielder Lewis Cook is 5/1 to remain in the top-flight with United.
Other names on the shortlist include 10/1 shot Ronaldo Vieira, who left Leeds for Sampdoria in 2018, with Aaron Lennon and Sam Byram also available at the same price.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “James Milner and Aaron Lennon were on Leeds’ books the last time they were playing in the top-flight, and if Marcelo Bielsa is looking to add experience then that pair might just fit the bill.”
