David Luiz’s time at Arsenal could soon be over, according to our latest odds.

After a calamitous display against Manchester City on Wednesday night, our traders have slashed odds to just 8/15 on the Brazilian never playing for the Gunners again.

The ex-Chelsea man was at fault for the opening goal at the Etihad and was then sent off after giving away a penalty which led to City’s second as Arsenal slumped to a 0-3 defeat.

However, there might still be light at the end of the tunnel for Luiz. Boss Mikel Arteta is known to be a supporter of the centre-half and is keen to extend his contract beyond June 30th.

With that in mind, we go 11/8 for the 33-year-old to play for Arsenal again at any point.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “David Luiz went full David Luiz last night and it could be curtains for the Brazilian at Arsenal if the latest odds are anything to go by.”
