BREAKING: Arsenal just 7/4 to bring Pogba to the Emirates this summer

OK, so it’s not that Pogba. But if the latest rumours are to be believed, Paul’s brother Florentin could soon be set to follow him to the Premier League when the transfer window opens this summer.

And the latest odds are suggesting that if the defender is to join anyone from Saint-Etienne, it’ll be Arsenal.

Our traders make it just a 7/4 shot that the elder Pogba makes the Emirates his next port of call, and it’s unlikely Arsene Wenger would need to break the bank to secure his services.

Currently valued at £2.55m by and with just one year remaining on his contract, the Gunners could probably seal a deal for a fee around the £10m mark – a steal in today’s market.

Having featured in 15 Ligue 1 games for the French outfit this season after being plagued with injuries, the 26-year-old has reportedly said he ‘wouldn’t say no’ to a move away.

After all, his current club are yet to enter negotiations over a contract extension, and the Gunners had been linked with a move for the Guinea international earlier on in the season.

Plenty of Gooners will raise their eyebrows at talk of a move for Pogba being negotiated given that Arsene Wenger brought in Shkodran Mustafi and Rob Holding last summer.

Both have impressed in patches this year – the latter perhaps even more so than £35m man Mustafi.

The last time Wenger went to France to source a centre-half, it proved to be a wise purchase in Laurent Koscielny.

Can Pogba make a similar impact if he signs?
