Bingham’s favouring Southampton while Cascarino fancies Liverpool

Published:

It’s the return of the Premier League this weekend as Liverpool welcome Everton to Anfield, and talkSPORT duo Georgie Bingham and Tony Cascarino want a piece of the action.

Cas is focusing his charity bet this weekend on Saturday’s early kick-off, where the Reds are 4/6 to get the better of their bitter rivals (4/1).

Meanwhile, Bingham is looking at the later derby of the day between Bournemouth and Southampton.

So, what are they going for this time around?

Georgie Bingham – Southampton to win and Nathan Redmond to score @ 5/2

We can certainly see the logic behind this bet, given that Redmond has been one of Southampton’s standout players of the season so far.

Already with five goals to his name, we wouldn’t be surprised to see him add to that tally by the time the 90 minutes are up tomorrow.

As always, we’ll be paying any winnings to Bingham’s chosen charity, which is Cure For Dylan.

Tony Cascarino – Liverpool to win and Philippe Coutinho to score @ 14/5

Cas is playing things a little safer, and looking to the Little Magician to net in a win for the hosts.

And if he does manage to find the net, we reckon there could be some serious value in this bet. That’s because Jurgen Klopp’s men have picked up three points in all five games where Coutinho has scored so far this season.

Should Tony land another winner, any winnings will be paid to his chosen charity, Cancer Research UK.
