Arsenal take on Liverpool this evening in a huge game between the top-four rivals.
Liverpool need a win to pile the pressure on league leaders Manchester City. And the hosts risk dropping out of the Champions League spots if they don’t take all three points.
It’s set up very nicely here, and you’ll find all the odds in our preview…
Liverpool are unbeaten against Arsenal under Jurgen Klopp. They’ve not lost at the Emirates for three years running either. They’re 10/11 favourites here.
Arsenal lost to City and Chelsea in their first two games under Unai Emery. This is their first real test since then. They’re 5/2 to show how far they’ve come with a win.
There’s 27/10 about the draw.
Each of the last five games between these two have produced Over 3.5 Goals. We go 13/5 that we’re treated to another goalfest this time.
Arsenal are unbeaten since August, but their defence still hasn’t fully convinced.
And with doubts over Hector Bellerin, Sokratis, Nacho Monreal and Sead Kolasinac, Liverpool’s devastating attack could run riot. The loss of the full-backs could hurt Arsenal’s play going forwards too.
Liverpool will look to target Arsenal in wide areas, especially if Granit Xhaka is deployed at left-back again. He could be in for a long night against Mohamed Salah.
Jordan Henderson’s injury could slow down their build-up play though. The midfield will need to watch Mesut Ozil carefully in his absence.
Salah has been back among the goals lately. Our traders have him as 7/2 favourite to get the first goal. The wing wizard is Evens to score at any point. Sadio Mane is 9/5 to get a fourth goal in five appearances for Liverpool against the North Londoners.
Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang are both 11/2 to open the scoring. Joint top-scorer Aubameyang is also 17/10 to net anytime, with Ozil 10/3 to score for the third home appearance running.
