It’s been a whirlwind start to the season for Burton Albion. Buoyed by the fact that they’re sitting pretty at the top of the League Two table, the Brewers also received another timely boost this week after boss Gary Rowett turned down the chance to manage Blackpool.
So, naturally we’ve plumped for the Brewers to keep the good times going at the Pirelli Stadium.
Throw in wins for Tranmere, Bury, Morecambe and Cheltenham too and you’ll get a none too shabby £1011.24 back from a £10 stake!

Both of these teams head into this encounter unbeaten in League Two but it’s pacesetters Burton who have been far more impressive, with five wins and a draw to show for their efforts so far.
York will be no pushovers – the Minstermen have suffered just one defeat in their last 25 games in the league – but a rampant Burton side who’ve won seven of their last nine at home get the nod from us.
How have I called this one? Sure, Hartlepool’s form has picked up recently, with their win over Shrewsbury last time out notching a creditable three points.
But Rovers have been victorious on both of their previous visits to Victoria Park and arguably look the stronger of the pair.
Rob Edwards’ side recorded an impressive 2-0 victory away at Wycombe earlier this term and should be undeterred about a trip to face a side who’ve won just three of their previous 15 games.
It’s fair to say that times are tough at luckless Carlisle.
Letting a 4-2 lead slip in the dying minutes against AFC Wimbledon last week was hardly the start caretaker manager Paul Thrilwell would have wanted.
And more bad times appear to be ahead with Bury unbeaten in their last five matches and hitman Danny Rose looking to add to his four-goal haul this term.
Surprise package Morecambe have made the Globe Arena a mini-fortress in recent times, suffering just one defeat in their last 10 at home.
By contrast, visiting Plymouth had lost three of their previous four on the road before last week’s triumph at Luton and we believe that normal service will be resumed here.
Luton have found life back in the Football League tricky so far with streetwise Cheltenham likely to pose another stern test of their credentials.
Both AFC Wimbledon and Plymouth have already plundered maximum points from trips to Kenilworth Road this season.
And a Robins outfit who’ve triumphed at Bury and Tranmere are unlikely to be fazed by the task awaiting them in Bedfordshire as they look to keep their unbeaten run going.
