The Championship play-offs get underway on Saturday, but who are the favourites to bag football’s most lucrative prize of Premier League football?

Our traders can’t separate promotion hopefuls Leeds United and Aston Villa who are locked at 15/8 apiece.

Jay Rod: West Brom striker could burst Villa’s bubble

Leeds have been challenging for promotion spot all season and will fell they have the nous to bag Wembley glory.

But after Villa made history by winning a club record 10 straight league games you can see why they are just so closely matched.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “The Championship has thrown up two cracking play-off clashes kicking off this weekend, and as things stand it’s Aston Villa and Leeds who can’t be separated for promotion to the Prem.”

Both of these clubs will feel it’s about time they make it back into the top flight – but only one will be left standing and take the glory.
