Bundesliga Betting Tips: Can Dortmund bounce back?

The Bundesliga title is firmly in the hands of Bayern Munich following their midweek Der Klassiker victory over Dortmund. But the fight for Champions League places remains tight heading into the weekend.
BvB will look to maintain their advantage over the chasing pack of RB Leipzig, Borussia Monchengladbach and Bayer Leverkusen when they play rock bottom Paderborn on Sunday.

Bayern Munich v Fortuna Dusseldorf (Sat, 17:30)
It’s been a difficult run of fixtures for Fortuna which shows no sign of easing when they travel to leaders Bayern on Saturday.
Buoyed by their narrow 1-0 victory at Dortmund, Hans Flick passed his biggest test as Bayern boss. The Bavarians kick-off as 1/12 favourites against sixteenth placed Dusseldorf at the Allianz Arena.
Robert Lewandowski remains the Bundesliga top scorer despite not finding the net in Der Klassiker. The forward is 13/8 to score first as Bayern bid to extend their winning streak and unbeaten home record.
Serge Gnabry is 10/11 to score anytime with Dusseldorf’s Rouwen Hennings their biggest threat at 10/3.
If there is to be a title race twist, Fortuna are 20/1 to snatch all three points and 11/1 to hold them to a draw in Munich.
Borussia Monchengladbach v Union Berlin (Sun, 14:30)
The home side have been disappointing in their last two matches, but they are 1/2 favourites to secure their first win in three matches against Union Berlin (5/1).
Gladbach are still firmly in the race for a top two finish and the potent force of Marcus Thuram and Alassane Plea in attack should soon start to fire against a Berlin side who find goals hard to come by.
Over 2.5 goals is 4/7 at Borussia Park with Gladbach 19/10 to win to nil. Werder Bremen held the hosts last weekend to a goalless draw. A draw this weekend is 13/4.
Union are four games without a win and top scorer Sebastian Andersson is 23/10 to score anytime. Thuram is 4/1 to score first for Gladbach with Plea 7/1 to score two or more.
Paderborn v Borussia Dortmund (Sun, 17:00)
On paper, it’s hard to look any further than a Dortmund win at 1/3. Lucien Favre knows his side must win if they are to keep alive any hope of a league title.
Despite being at the foot of the Bundesliga, Paderborn (15/2) have tightened up their defence in recent weeks with three draws, conceding only once in their last three matches. A draw against Dortmund is 21/5.
Erling Haaland looks set to miss out with a knee injury so the mantle falls on Jadon Sancho to find the net. The England winger is the club’s top scorer with 14 goals and is 5/6 to score anytime.
Dortmund matches average a whopping 3.9 total goals per game with Paderborn matches averaging 3.1 goals. Over 3.5 goals is 11/10.
Best of the rest
Sixth placed Wolfsburg (19/20) are unbeaten since February and provided the shock of the weekend when they dismantled an in-form Bayer Leverkusen last weekend. They play an out-of-sorts Eintracht Frankfurt (13/5) with one point from six games.
Schalke (29/20) versus Werder Bremen (9/5) is another game of note on Saturday. David Wagner’s side are ten games without a win and host a Bremen side looking to extend their unbeaten run to three matches.
