Wednesday’s Championship tips: Wins for Sheff Utd, Norwich and Villa?

The midweek Championship action continues tonight, with plenty more drama to come at the top and bottom of the table.
Both Norwich City and Sheffield United play this evening, looking to respond to Leeds United’s 2-0 win over Preston North End last night.
At the bottom, Rotherham host in-form Aston Villa, with Millwall and QPR clash at the Den.
Birmingham City v Sheffield Utd
The Blades have been flying for the last few months, with Chris Wilder’s side winning 12 and drawing three of their 17 games since Boxing Day.
They’re 5/4 to beat a Birmingham side in freefall after a nine-point deduction for breaching EFL and Sustainability rules.

Norwich City v Reading
With a seven-point buffer to third place and just six games to go, Norwich are homing in on Premier League football.
They’ll need to be careful tonight with Reading sweating to avoid relegation, but there’s 1/3 about Daniel Farke’s men winning a ninth-straight game.
The goals have been flying in at Carrow Road lately, with the Canaries racking up 19 goals in thieir last seven home games. Farke’s men are 19/20 on the -1 handicap, and 23/10 on -2.
Rotherham Utd v Aston Villa
With six wins on the spin, Aston Villa are flying into play-off contention under Dean Smith.
The Villans are 7/10 to make it seven on the bounce. But Rotherham are fighting to avoid the drop and can’t be dismissed on home turf at 18/5.
Tammy Abraham is a man in form with goals in his last two games. The 21-year-old is 3/1 favourite to score first, with Jonathan Kodjia next up at 7/2.
Millwall v QPR
Both Millwall and QPR need a few more points before they can breathe easily this season.
The Lions are just a point above the drop, but two wins in three games has helped their cause. After a fine 2-0 win over West Brom on Saturday, Neil Harris’ side are 19/20 for a second home win in four days.
QPR, still seeking a permanent successor to Steve McClaren, are sinking fast after a run of one win in 15. The West Londoners are 29/10 for a much-needed victory. A draw, which won’t do much for either side, is 12/5.
