Arsenal v Man Utd tips: Will Gunners fire against resurgent Red Devils?

We’re in for a massive game this afternoon as top-four rivals Arsenal host Manchester United.

United will feel like anything’s possible after their miraculous Champions League comeback in midweek.

Arsenal are staring down the barrel of Europa League elimination. Anything but a win here could be a major blow to their chances of securing Champions League football next year.

United have a 100% away record under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. They’ve won nine from nine, including a FA Cup win at the Emirates.

Arsenal may have struggled on the road lately. But they’re a different beast on home soil. Our traders make them 5/4 favourites, with United at 19/10.

The draw is going for 5/2, while it’s 8/13 that these sides produce Over 2.5 Goals for the fifth consecutive meeting.

Talking Tactics

Unai Emery should change things up after Thursday’s nightmare against Rennes. That means Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Aaron Ramsey and Alexandre Lacazette could all come in.

As well as United’s makeshift midfield did in Paris, Arsenal will believe a trio of Ramsey, Granit Xhaka and Matteo Guendouzi can control the middle of the park.

But United may feel they have nothing to fear. The hosts’ always look vulnerable to pace and movement. Romelu Lukaku and Marcus Rashford could run them ragged.

Goalscorer Odds

Lacazette is 9/2 to open the scoring, though his pal Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang heads the betting at 7/2.

After their European heroics, Lukaku and Rashford are 7/4 and 21/10 to score respectively.
