Manchester City leapfrog Liverpool as favourites to claim title

Manchester City have jumped back in front of Liverpool as favourites to claim the Premier League title, according to our traders.
It’s the first time since Christmas that anyone other than Jurgen Klopp’s side have been favoured to take the trophy home in May.
Even without kicking a ball, Pep Guardiola’s men have leapfrogged Liverpool as favourites following the Reds’ draw away at West Ham.
Despite still being three points off the pace, 5/6 is the price on City to lift the title, putting them ahead of Klopp and Co (Evens), while Tottenham are out at 16/1.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “A couple of stutters in their last two games have seen Liverpool’s odds drift, meaning City are back at top spot in the betting for the first time since Christmas Day.”
City can pile more pressure on the Anfield side if they win away at Liverpool’s rivals Everton tonight. Guardiola’s side are 2/7 favourites to collect three points.
