Super Sunday tips: City to keep the heat on at the top?

Published:

The double-header on offer this afternoon could have massive repercussions at both ends of the table.

Bottom-side Huddersfield Town meet Manchester City in the early game, who are looking to keep the pressure on Liverpool at the top of the league.

The action continues with third-placed Tottenham Hotspur travelling to Craven Cottage to take on Fulham.

It’s shaping up to be a significant day in this Premier League season, and we’ve got all the key odds and info right here…

Huddersfield Town v Man City (1:30pm)

This will be a stern test for Huddersfield, especially after gaffer David Wagner left the club on Monday.

The Terriers are rooted to the bottom of the table and face a rampant City side that are 2/15 on to score the victory.

Huddersfield will be scrapping for their lives and did get a draw with City last season. They are 18/1 to bag the outright win and 19/4 on the Win/Draw double chance.

Gabriel Jesus is on fire right now and is a 14/1 shot to plunder two goals or more. Steve Mounie is the 11/2 favourite to strike for the home side.

Fulham v Tottenham (4:00pm)

Spurs will be without the injured pair of Harry Kane and Lucas Moura as well as the Asian Cup-bound Son Heung-Min.

Fulham enjoy their home comforts with all their league wins coming at the Cottage.

They’ve just signed Ryan Babel to help shoot them to safety. Claudio Ranieri’s side are 15/4 to pick up a valuable three points.

Babel is 10/1 to score last and 10/3 anytime.

Tottenham still have the likes of Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli dictating things, however, and are 8/11 to win the game.
