No Go Gina: Miller’s Lib Dem leader odds drift
Published:Our traders have pushed out Gina Miller’s chances of taking over the Liberal Democrats leadership.
There had been plenty of speculation that the anti-Brexit campaigner was in the running to replace Vince Cable. However, she has ruled herself out this morning.
As a result, she’s gone from 10/1 to 16/1.
Deputy Lib Dem leader Jo Swinson is the favourite to step up at Evens.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “Gina Miller ruling herself out of replacing Cable means her odds are on the drift, while Jo Swinson’s chances are increasing by the day according to the latest odds.”
