Chelsea and Arsenal clear favourites for Europa League glory

Chelsea and Arsenal are the two likeliest winners of this season’s Europa League by some distance, according to our traders.

The Blues are 5/1 to win the competition, while Arsenal are 8/1. If the Gunners do go all the way, Unai Emery will win the competition for a record fourth time.

Sevilla are third in the betting back at 14/1. AC Milan, RB Leipzig, Bayer Leverkusen and Lazio are all a 20/1 shot.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “Spain have dominated both European competitions in recent years, but with Man City favourites for the Champions League and Chelsea and Arsenal heading the Europa League betting, it looks as though both trophies could be coming to England this season.”
