Man United 50/1 for the title; Mourinho odds-on to be sacked by Xmas

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho could be living on borrowed time at Old Trafford after his side’s latest Premier League defeat, according to our traders.

The Red Devils suffered their second reverse in as many games against Tottenham Hotspur on Monday night to leave the Portuguese tactician skating on thin ice.

He’s now just 10/11 to be sacked before Christmas Day, with United out to an incredible 50/1 to win the Premier League title.

That’s the longest price they’ve ever been to win the league at this stage of the campaign.

It comes after the club’s worst start to a league season in 26 years and Mourinho’s heaviest home defeat in 18 years as a manager.

Things don’t get any easier for both club and coach with a trip to face Burnley at Turf Moor live on Sky Sports next Sunday. The Clarets are 19/4 to pick up all three points against 4/6 for United.
