KSI v Logan Paul: All you need to know

The day is nearly upon us as one of the most highly anticipated fights of the year finally hits our screens on Saturday night.

Internet sensations KSI and Logan Paul do battle in front of a sold out 21,000 Manchester Arena in what is being dubbed “the largest ever amateur boxing fight”.

The feud between the two followed KSI’s bout with fellow internet celeb Joe Weller and after hurling abuse back and forth, the fight was ratified in March.

The fighters

KSI, real name Olajide Olatunji Jr, has previous experience in the ring. He beat Weller back in February at London’s Copper Box after a similar war or words got personal.

The 25-year-old gamer and rapper won that bout fairly convincingly with his quick movement and smart jabs proving too much for his opponent.

At only 6ft KSI is the smaller of the two fighters and will have to ensure he retains his agility and quick thinking.

He does have the backing of Heavyweight champ Anthony Joshua who backed KSI to come through due to his previous experience in the ring.

Logan Paul’s biggest advantage is his height and build, standing at 6ft 3.

Albeit untested at this level, Paul is about 17 ½ pounds heavier than KSI and Joshua did claim the Brit will have to be wary of the ‘big unit’.

Paul also revealed he competed in MMA in his youth and will be a ‘different beast’ to Weller.

Match Odds

The fight that will begin from 10pm on Saturday night with Logan Paul a 8/11 shout. KSI is Evens to make it two from two and retain his championship belt.
