Hazard and Neymar top six-pronged list of Ronaldo replacements at Real

Eden Hazard

Eden Hazard is the most likely name to fill Cristiano Ronaldo’s boots at Real Madrid, according to our traders.

The Chelsea ace has long been linked with a move to the Santiago Bernabeu and is now just 1/3 to make the switch this summer. We’ve had our say on a potential transfer here.

Neymar has also been the subject of speculation over a potential mega money move from Paris Saint-Germain. He’s 13/8 to return to La Liga with Los Blancos.

The Brazilian ace isn’t the only PSG star reportedly on Julen Lopetegui’s radar, though.

Fellow hitman Edinson Cavani is one of the biggest market movers in recent weeks after having his odds of a transfer cut from 8/1 down to just 2/1 earlier today.

That puts him ahead of a trio of other potential recruits, including Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane (9/2), Manchester United midfield Paul Pogba (10/1) and Barcelona target, Willian (16/1).

The Spanish giants have the cash to afford any of their supposed targets. But who will make the switch to the capital city before the transfer window closes next month?

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “They’re big boots to fill, but the odds suggest it’s Hazard who’ll replace Ronaldo in Madrid.”
