Celtic and Rangers both 5/1 or shorter for Joe Hart this summer

Joe Hart - England

Manchester City look set to part company with Joe Hart this summer, following 11 years with the club. And the latest odds suggest he could be heading north of the border.

At the head of the betting is a move to any MLS Club at 7/2, with a fair bit of interest in the player from the States.

However, the most likely individual side are 4/1 shots Celtic. Brendan Rodgers will likely need a long term replacement for 35-year-old Craig Gordon, and Hart could be just the man.

Sporting Lisbon are next at 9/2. However, they’re followed closely by another Ladbrokes Premiership heavyweight in Rangers.

New boss Steven Gerrard has already done a considerable amount of business this summer, to make the Ibrox squad his own. And he’s 5/1 to add former England teammate Hart to his ranks.

Alongside the Gers at 5/1 are French side Nice. Meanwhile, Crystal Palace at 6/1 close out the betting.

This could well turn out to be one of the most exciting transfer tussles of the summer – especially for fans of the two Glasgow giants.
