Barcelona and Real Madrid eyeing move for Kieran Trippier

Kieran Trippier’s superb displays for England at the World Cup could pave the way for a shock move to La Liga, according to our traders.

The Tottenham Hotspur defender has impressed with his pinpoint delivery from the right flank in Russia.

And it looks like some of Europe’s biggest clubs have been watching very closely. Real Madrid and Barcelona are a 4/1 and 5/1 shot respectively to sign him this summer.

Manchester United are 5/2 favourites to sign the 27-year-old, slight ahead of Chelsea at 7/2.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “Trippier’s England heroics look to have excited plenty of European heavyweights and the betting suggests up to five clubs could be tempted into making a move for the Spurs man this summer.”
