Antoine Griezmann - France

Two giants of the international game face off in the last 16, as France and Argentina do battle in Kazan this afternoon.

Argentina may have won the previous four meetings, but it’s Didier Deschamps’ men who looked the more polished in the group stages. Les Bleus topped Group C in comfortable fashion, and have looked solid at the back.

It was a different story for Argentina, who scraped through on goal difference following a trio of underwhelming displays.

In the match betting, France are 13/10 to win in 90 minutes. Meanwhile, it’s 9/4 for an Argentine win, while 19/10 says this one heads to extra-time.

But whether or not it goes the distance, the European outfit are 4/6 to reach the quarter-finals, with Jorge Sampaoli’s men odds-against at 11/10.

The 1998 champions have Kylian Mbappe in fine form. The Paris Saint-Germain ace has banged in four goals in his last seven caps, including the winner against Peru.

It’s 9/4 for Mbappe to Score Anytime. Meanwhile, the top two names in the market are 13/8 shot Lionel Messi and Antoine Griezmann at 2/1.

Les Bleus tend to be strong starters. They’ve led at the break in eight of their last nine wins, and it’s 16/5 they lead at half-time and win.

In the Correct Score market, it’s 9/1 for a 2-1 France win, while the odds make it 23/20 for Both Teams to Score.

There’s also plenty of punter-designed picks in the #GetAPrice section. Those include the lively Olivier Giroud to have 3+ shots at 4/5, and 5/2 for Griezmann to assist a goal.
