Chelsea v Man Utd: Who’ll lift the cup at Wembley?

Wembley

Chelsea and Manchester United both have reasons to be disappointed with their season. But they’ve got a chance to end it with a trophy in Saturday’s FA Cup Final.

The Wembley showpiece is given extra spice as Jose Mourinho faces his former Chelsea side.

On the other bench, this may well be Antonio Conte’s last game in charge of the Blues. He’ll want to sign off with a win.

Chelsea are 15/8 to win in 90 minutes, with United slight 8/5 favourites. The draw is 2/1.

Neither team comes into this one in great form. Conte’s side were shocking in a 3-0 defeat to Newcastle United last weekend. And United’s previous three outings include a loss to Brighton & Hove Albion and a draw with West Ham United.

Bearing that in mind, this could be a cagey affair. First-Half Result – Draw is going for 10/11. It’s also 21/10 that the second-half produces the first goal.

If anyone’s going to break the deadlock, it could be Alexis Sanchez. He struck the opener for Arsenal against Chelsea in last year’s FA Cup Final. He’s 13/2 to repeat the feat this time.

Romelu Lukaku may not be fit to start for United. But he could cause havoc from the bench against tired defenders. The big striker is 5/1 as Last Goalscorer.

Conte could opt for Olivier Giroud ahead of Alvaro Morata in attack. The former Arsenal man is a 2/1 shot to score anytime.

And N’Golo Kante may not be known for his goals, but two of his three strikes for Chelsea have come against United. It’s 12/1 that he gets another here.
