UK set for hotter weather than Spain this week

Our traders have slashed the odds on the UK being hotter than Spain this week.
Temperatures are set to rise to 27C and it’s now just 1/3 that any part of the UK receives warmer weather than Spain.
We now go 5/2 that we see temperatures of 30C or higher over the next week (was 4/1)
It’s also 5/4 that this April goes down as the hottest since records began – the shortest price yet.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “The latest odds suggest it’s goodbye to the Beast from the East and hello again to beach towels and sun cream.”
