Manchester United lead five-horse race for Arsenal ace Aaron Ramsey

Up to five European heavyweights could be about to battle it out for Arsenal star Aaron Ramsey, according to our odds.

The Welshman has just over 12 months left on his current deal at the Emirates.

And with the midfielder’s contract situation not yet resolved, he could be the latest name to desert the North London club.

As things stand, Manchester United lead the race for the 27-year-old at 2/1. The Red Devils have already prised Robin van Persie and Alexis Sanchez from the Gunners in recent years.

Could Ramsey be next on the list?

Not if Juventus get their way. The Italian giants have been installed as shock-second favourites to sign the ex-Cardiff City man at 3/1.

Should a move to the Juventus Stadium go through, Ramsey would be the first Welshman to ply his trade in Serie A since Ian Rush in 1988.

Former striker Rush is more synonymous with Liverpool. And the Reds are considered next best at 4/1 to sign the Arsenal star.
