Ladbrokes News Acca: Palace, Preston and Exeter fancied to win

Published:

The weather is hotting up and so are our accumulator tips, hopefully.

We were just one away last weekend, but we’re back with a tilt at five out of five. The Premier League takes a bit of back seat this Saturday, but it’s full steam ahead in the Football League.

Here are our accumulator tips time this around…

Richard Marsh

Notts County to beat Yeovil – 8/13

Kevin Nolan’s County have bounced back from a four-game winless run and they can still bag an automatic promotion spot.

Three points at home to Yeovil Town will be a huge help. County have lost just three of their last 31 home league games, while the Glovers have won just five of their last 38 on the road.

Cian Carroll

Preston North End to beat Norwich – 7/10

Preston have been hovering around the play-off spots and really need to make their move now before it’s too late.

Alex Neil’s side are just three points off the top-six and, if results go their way, can go level with Millwall and Middlesbrough.

Norwich are the visitors to Deepdale and Daniel Farke’s side, rooted in mid-table, have nothing to play for.

Preston’s frontman Sean Maguire has six goals in eight game since his return from injury and could fire his team to a much-needed win over the Canaries.

Dave Burin

Exeter to beat Crawley Town – 4/5

Losing play-off finalists last term, Paul Tisdale’s Exeter City are battling for an automatic promotion spot this season.

And the in-form Grecians could boost those hopes against an out-of-sorts Crawley on Saturday.

Harry Kewell’s visitors have lost five of their last nine games, and are up against an Exeter side aiming for a fourth win on the trot.

Daniel Anwar

Crystal Palace to beat Watford – 29/20

Crystal Palace are starting to pull away from the relegation battle. A win away to Watford could put them within reach of survival.

The Eagles come into this with all the momentum. They’ve only lost one of their last four outings. Watford are without a win in five and have little to play for now.

Palace tend to do well at Vicarage Road too – they’re on a six-game unbeaten streak there. Roy Hodgson should be a happy man after this one.

Nick Murphy

Brentford to beat Queens Park Rangers – 4/7

Whisper it quietly, but the play-offs could still be on for Dean Smith and Brentford.

The Bees are four points off the top-six following a run of six matches without defeat. Against West London rivals QPR that sequence should continue.

The Hoops have lost three of their last four matches against their neighbours and have returned pointless from five of their last seven away trips.

It’s the hosts who get the nod.

So there we go. This Saturday’s selections are Crystal Palace/Brentford/Preston/Exeter and Notts County all to win!
