Punters dreaming of a white Easter as snow odds cut into 3/1

Spring may have sprung but there could be yet more snow on the way, according to our traders.
That’s because odds of a white Easter have been cut from 10/1 into 3/1 in just three days.
The drop represents the most substantial fall in weather betting markets so far in 2018.
And with the mercury set to follow suit with a significant drop next week, another mini Beast from the East could be about to hit.
Odds of any part of the UK waking up to snow on Easter Sunday are now at record lows.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “Despite the extreme weather conditions we’ve already faced this year, we hadn’t seen anything like the drastic changing of odds over such a short space of time as we’ve seen for a White Easter.”
