Jacob Rees-Mogg new favourite to be next PM

Jacob Rees-Mogg is the new favourite to become the next Prime Minister, according to our latest odds.

The North East Somerset MP is now 4/1 at the top of the betting.

Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn had been the previous front runner, but he’s now 5/1 in second spot.

Cabinet ministers Michael Gove and Boris Johnson are 8/1 and 10/1 shots respectively.

Current PM Theresa May has come under fire recently from MPs on both sides of the Brexit divide.

Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: “Following sustained support in a variety of markets over the weekend, we’ve been left with little option but to cut Rees-Mogg’s odds once again, making him the new favourite to be next PM.”
