Premier League Picks: Liverpool to rack up goals in Yorkshire

Liverpool betting news

Tuesday night sees three Premier League games with big implications at both ends of the table.

Top-four hopefuls Arsenal visit relegation-battling Swansea City, while Liverpool head to West Yorkshire to face another side fighting to avoid the drop.

There’s also the small matter of a London derby! So here are our tips on the action, kicking off at the Liberty Stadium.

Swansea v Arsenal

They may be bottom of the table, but under current boss Carlos Carvalhal, the Swans are picking up. They’ve now taken eight points from the last six Prem games.

The South Wales club host an Arsenal side who haven’t won in four away matches across all competitions – drawing four of the last seven. That means Match Betting: Draw looks good value at 17/5.

The Swans have scored in four consecutive games, whilst Arsene Wenger’s men have netted seven in three.

Add the fact that we’ve seen both teams net in three of the last four meetings, and Both Teams to Score looks a good shout at 20/23.

Six of the Gunners’ last nine fixtures have seen both sides register after the interval. So BTTS in the Second Half looks worth a flutter at 11/5.

West Ham United v Crystal Palace

The Irons do have a couple of injuries at present, but they’ve been very strong in the league lately. They’ve taken 16 points from nine Prem games, and the 2/1 for a West Ham win looks generous.

Mexican magician Javier Hernandez returned to goalscoring form in their last league game, and he’s 9/5 to add to his tally Anytime.

Palace have lost their last two away games, but still found the net in both. We like West Ham to Win and BTTS at a sizeable 5/1.

However, the safer Over 2.5 Goals at 23/20 could also offer good value.

Huddersfield Town v Liverpool

Jurgen Klopp’s men will be desperate for a reaction after last weekend’s surprise loss to West Bromwich Albion. And they should have more than enough quality to beat a Terriers side in dismal form.

However, with Liverpool to Win a 3/10 shot, the best value lies elsewhere.

The Reds have won four of their last 20 games by a 3-0 scoreline, including a win over Huddersfield. Another 3-0 win for Klopp’s men is available at 7/1.

Meanwhile, the Liverpool -1 handicap at 21/10 could prove popular at 21/10.

Brazilian ace Roberto Firmino has been banging the goals in lately, with nine in his last 13 outings. He’s 23/20 to Score Anytime, while 9/2 says he heaps misery on the Terriers by Scoring Two or More Goals.
