Novice chaser Brain Power continues to gain support ahead of Saturday’s meeting with Un De Sceaux in the Clarence House Chase.

The seven-year-old has been brought into 11/4 from 7/2 as punters put faith in Nicky Henderson maintaining his recent good form.

Henderson has trained William Henry, We Have A Dream, Might Bite and Buveur D’Air to success already this season.

Brain Power unseated his rider last time out at Sandown but that hasn’t stopped the bets flooding in on the second-favourite.

However, he’ll need to overcome two-time winner Un De Sceaux if he’s to do the business at Ascot on Saturday.

Willie Mullins’ raider won on his reappearance at Cork in December and is bidding for a hat-trick of successes in the Clarence House Chase.

He’s 8/13 to accomplish the feat but has been eased out from 8/15.

Elsewhere, Rock The Kasbah (5/1) leads Tintern Theatre (6/1) ahead of the Peter Marsh Handicap Chase at Haydock.

2016 Becher Handicap Chase winner and regular Grand National entrant Vieux Lion Rouge can be backed at 8/1.

Meanwhile, The New One remains at the heading of the betting for the Champion Hurdle Trial, also at Haydock.

Nigel Twiston-Davies’ veteran is 11/8 to triumph on Merseyside ahead of Ch’Tibello at 5/2 and Call Me Lord at 9/2.
