Zinedine Zidane now shortest ever price for Real Madrid exit

Published:

Zinedine Zidane is facing an uncertain future at Real Madrid, according to our odds.

After last weekend’s El Clasico defeat to Barcelona, Zidane has been cut to just 6/4 to leave Los Blancos before the end of the season.

That’s the shortest price we’ve ever been on 45-year-old exiting the Santiago Bernabeu.

Those odds are likely to drop even more should Paris Saint-Germain knock the Spanish giants out of the Champions League in March.

With Real an almighty 14 points adrift of the La Liga summit, a third straight success in Europe may be the only way for Zidane to keep his job.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “Things haven’t gone according to plan for Madrid so far this season and it’s looking increasingly likely Zidane will pay the price for a dreadful start.”
