Man United and Barcelona set to offer swap deals for Mesut Ozil

Manchester United could be set to offer Phil Jones to Arsenal as part of a deal to sign Mesut Ozil, according to our odds.

Ozil’s contract expires at the end of the season, but United will hope Jones could tempt Arsenal to sell in January.

Barcelona are also in the race to sign the playmaker. They’re ready to part with Arda Turan as part of the deal.

Barca are 11/4 favourites to sign Ozil, with Turan 7/4 to head the other way.

United are 3/1 to sign the Germany star from their Premier League rivals. Phil Jones is 2/1 to sign for Arsenal next.

Arsenal face United at home on Saturday. A good display from Ozil will only ramp up the speculation over his future, with just weeks before the January transfer window opens.
